PPRT (Point Perfect) Privacy Policy

1. Data Categories and Collection
PPRT (Point Perfect) collects these data categories:
- Identifiers: Account email address.
- Internet Activity: Saved URLs, page titles, readable text, generated summaries, tags, topic groups, user preferences, and authentication records.
The PPRT browser extension, bookmarklet, and Progressive Web App (PWA) send a URL only when a user saves it. The software does not collect general browser history.
2. Service Providers and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Usage
PPRT uses these service providers:
- Cloudflare: To host the application and store data.
- Resend: To send sign-in emails.
- AI Providers (Google Gemini, OpenRouter models): To make summaries, tags, embeddings, translations, and topic groups.
PPRT sends page titles and text to AI providers. AI providers cannot use PPRT data to train machine learning models.
3. Data Sales and Sharing
PPRT does not sell personal data. PPRT does not share personal data for targeted advertisements.
4. Data Retention
PPRT keeps account data and saved-content data until the user deletes the account. PPRT deletes security and operational metadata 30 days after creation.
5. User Rights (Including United States State Laws)
Users in California, Virginia, and other US states have these rights:
- The right to know collected data.
- The right to access data.
- The right to correct incorrect data.
- The right to export data.
- The right to delete data.

6. Credentials and Security
The browser keeps extension API keys in local storage. The extension sends keys only as an
Authorization header over HTTPS to api.pprt.app. Do not save private links.
7. Children's Privacy
PPRT is not for children under 13 years of age. PPRT does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
8. Policy Changes
PPRT will notify users of policy changes. PPRT will send an email to the account email address 15 days before a new policy takes effect.
